A Strong Start—and More Ahead

Texas Extreme was created to bring more Extreme Cowboy Association (EXCA) opportunities to Texas riders. As competitor and champion Kai Tomlinson shared, the goal was simple: create more chances to compete closer to home—and it’s already gaining momentum with strong turnout and excitement for future events.

With additional races scheduled throughout the year, this is just the beginning.

A Facility That Matches the Sport

At this year’s event, the SF Ranch welcomed competitors from across the region—including Lee Hart, a highly respected name in the EXCA world.

Lee has been involved since the early days of the organization and holds a 125 Pro World Champion title along with multiple championships overall.

During his visit, he described the SF Ranch as an amazing facility and spoke highly of the people and hospitality, noting that he believes the event will be very successful there.

Coming from someone with that level of experience, that kind of feedback carries weight.

What Makes Texas Extreme Different

Extreme Cowboy racing is built around real-world horsemanship—skills riders can take home, practice, and improve over time. It’s not just about competition, but growth.

Just as important is the culture. Riders support one another, cheer each other on, and create an environment that feels welcoming to everyone—from young beginners to experienced competitors.

Come Experience It for Yourself

Whether you’re a competitor, a horse enthusiast, or just looking for something unique to experience, Texas Extreme offers something special.

With more events on the calendar and growing participation, it’s clear this is becoming a meaningful part of the Texas horse community—and the SF Ranch is glad to host it.
