Q. What are the standard resources included in the nightly fee at each RV site?
A. 30 & 50 amp and water spigot

A. Not at this time
Q. Do you have pull-through or back-in sites?
A. All sites are pull-through
Q. Do I need reservations in advance of my arrival?
A. We get busy especially when we have events. If you don’t have a reservation we will do our best to find a spot for you but be prepared to dry camp.
Q. I talked to someone on the phone and made a reservation, now what?
A. You will see an invoice come into your email, please pay the reservation fee so we can get ready for you to come on over.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. 3 days notice for full refund.
Q. Can I bring my kids?
A.We hope you do! There is lots to do here for the littles.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Yes, Keep your hound on a leash, we can board them here too. Please have current vaccination records with you.
Q. How do I find SF Ranch?
A. Here (link to google maps) are some good directions.
Q. Are camp fires allowed?
A. Leave the fires up to the cowboys. Sometimes we have burn bans. We will watch the weather. If its not too dry or windy we will have a communal fire pit.
Q. Can your park accommodate a rig as big as mine?
A. We have lots of open space and wide gates. Horse campers are standard in these parts. Contact us directly if you have a special rig.
Q. How do I check in if I arrive late?
A. When we confirm your reservation you will receive an email with arrival instructions. If you need anything you can always call Samantha at (903) 821-4604
Q. Is there cell service at SF Ranch?
A. Most carriers do have cell service.
Q. Do you have a laundry facility?
A. The White House has laundry machines for the guests use.
Q. Can I feed the livestock?
A. Wilma feeds the goats every day at 8:00 am sharp. She can always use a hand, show up by the goats and join in.
Q. How do I schedule some of the activities listed on your website?
A. We have competitive trail rides, chuck wagon meals, fishing, hunting and ATV riding that require an extra fee and signup. If you are coming to visit you are welcome to use the pool, hiking, tennis and volleyball courts or generally explore the recreational areas of the ranch. Hunting areas are off limits to all but hunters. If the activity you want is not listed for advance purchase here (link to accommodations), send us an email or pick up the horn and give us a call.
Q. I really like SF Ranch, can I schedule an event there?
A. Sure enough! We host events, clinics, weddings, retreats, even corporate team building activities. Give us a call or send an email so we can make your idea a reality.
Q. Is there fishing on your Ranch?
A. Oh boy there is! You will need your gear and fishing license. We have frozen bait for sale and plenty of fish in the 3 stocked ponds.
Q. Can I hunt at SF Ranch?
A. Bring your gear and license and get ready to bag the big one. Our sunflower pastures are loaded with doves, ponds have tons of ducks and the 10 point buck is waiting around the corner if you are quiet enough. We also see bobcats, hogs, coyotes and rabbits.
Q. Can my kids ride horses at SF Ranch?
A. State law requires kids to be at least 6 years old to ride on a trail. Bigger kids and adults can arrange for a guided trail ride or you can explore independently.
Q. Is The SF Ranch smoke free?
A. You are welcome to smoke outdoors over gravel or pavement. Smoking are one of the many causes of wildfires during dry years. Please properly extinguish and dispose of buts.
SF Ranch is a working cattle and goat ranch and there are other guests we have a few rules. At the top is the Golden Rule.
Keep pets on leash at all times.
Pickup after yourself, use the dumpster for your household trash.
Check-in is 2pm, check out is 11 am.
Quiet time 10pm-8am.
1 RV and 1 vehicle per site. If you have additional vehicles or trailers they must be approved and placed in a storage area.
Leave gates as you find them, open or closed.
Hunting areas are off limits to recreational guests.
SF Ranch reserves the right to ask any guest to leave at any point.
